1 + 2 = Stickles Blog Hop

Welcome to the 1 + 2 = Stickles Blog Hop brought to you by the All that Stickles design team!

Back to school is just around the corner, and what better way to start off the school year then with a bit of sparkle?! Today the design team is showcasing all sorts of glittery back to school projects that kiddos and teachers will love!

If you've come from Karen N.'s blog, you're in the right place! If you have just come across the hop and would like to start from the beginning, please visit All that Stickles.

For my project, I made...

What every teacher needs, a good grade and a bad grade pen holder.

I've was never a "A" student so there were always red pen marks on my papers.  I'm glad that my daughter is the complete opposite of me.

I used frozen juice cans that I painted black.  But the twist to my pen holders are I used school supplies to make it.  I die cut the flowers out of post it notepads and loose leaf paper.  I used Elmer's masking tape for the top, those little sticker circles for the paper, and paper clips for the stars and skulls stickers.  I used the brand new Cranberry and True Blue stickles for my letters and to accent the flowers, I used Glam Pink, Orange Peel, Green, Firefly, and Yellow.

I hope you enjoyed my blog hop project and I hope you become a follower of my blog.

We have blog candy for those who are a follower of All that Stickles and leave a comment on every stop of the hop! Winners will be announced Wednesday August 21st at All that Stickles.

What happens at bronycon

Here is another layout from when I took the girls to Bronycon.

I am entering this in 1 2 3 Get Scrappy.  I used the hexagon what is on the paper I used, free space and long title.  Also Let's Get Sketchy , which is the sketch I used.

The Great Outdoor

It's time for a new linky party at All That Stickles.  It's all about the outdoor and nature.  All you need to do is have any kind of nature on your layout, card or other crafty item.  But don't forget to use those stickles.

My layout this week is another one about my cat, or actually my daughter's cat.  That is what she tell me.  He like to look outside but does not like to come out that often.  It's too scary for him.

I used true blue and green stickles on my layout.

Once upon a pony

Here is another fun Bronycon layout.

I am entering this in Miriam's Crafting Blog Challenge.   The challenge is to use two shades of purple.  I also used pearls and rhinestones from her shop.  Go check the shop out cause she has great items for a very wonderful price.

I am also entering in  Sunny Side Up Creations Once Upon A Time Challenge

Brony

This past Friday, I took my daughter and her two friends to Bronycon.   It is a My Little Pony convention and it was really funny.  Most of the 7000 people there were young adult males.  Not too many little girls.

Here is one of the layout I did and I am entering it into the Sunny Side Up Creations crazy challenge.

RCS #48 - "Lilo and Stitch"

We have a very fun challenge this week at Red Carpet Studio.  Our movie inspiration is Lilo and Stitch.  Stitch is awesome that's why I named my lizard after him.  We had to use some kind of stitching on our layout, real or faux.

Here is my layout with hand stitching.

I just noticed that I used pictures of Blaze instead of Stitch for this layout.  LOL
